How do I play?
Place exactly one queen in every row, every column and every color region. Queens can never touch each other, not even diagonally. Tap a cell once to mark it with an X, twice to place a queen. Every puzzle has exactly one solution that can be reached with logic alone.
How do lives work?
You have up to 5 lives. A level costs a life only if you make a mistake, and at most one life per level. Lives refill one every 30 minutes. The Daily Puzzle and the first 30 levels never cost lives. You can also watch a short ad for 5 minutes of unlimited lives.
How do hints work?
A queen shows you the next logical step: first which area to look at, then why, and finally the move itself. You start with free hints, earn more from Royal Pass rewards and rewarded ads, and can buy hint packs.
I got a new iPhone. How do I keep my progress?
Progress syncs automatically through your iCloud account. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account and that iCloud is turned on for Queens Palace in Settings → [your name] → iCloud.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open Settings inside the game and tap "Restore purchases". Remove Ads, Royal Pass seasons and character sets are restored. Consumables like hints and lives cannot be restored once used.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I turn off personalised ads?
Go to iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and turn tracking off for Queens Palace. You will still see ads, but they will not be personalised. The Remove Ads purchase turns off ads between levels.
Why don’t I see my scores on the leaderboard?
Leaderboards use Game Center. Sign in to Game Center in iPhone Settings and reopen the game.
