Terms of Use

By downloading or playing Queens Palace (“the App”), developed by Vexloft, you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to play the App on Apple devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the App or its content.

The App is free to play and offers optional purchases processed by Apple:

• Consumables — hint packs, a lives refill and 30 minutes of unlimited lives. They are used up when you spend them and cannot be restored.
• Non-consumables— Remove Ads, the premium track of each Royal Pass season and character sets. They are yours permanently and can be restored on your devices with “Restore purchases” in Settings.

The App has no subscriptions. Prices are shown in the App before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Hints, lives, crowns, cosmetics and other in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money and are licensed to you only for use in the App. We may adjust game balance, rewards and seasons over time.

Leaderboards run on Apple Game Center. Please play fairly; scores obtained by cheating or manipulating the App may be removed.

All artwork, music, puzzles, characters, names and logos in the App belong to Vexloft or its licensors. Queens Palace is an original game and is not affiliated with any other puzzle publisher.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Vexloft is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including loss of game progress.

We may update these terms or the App at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.
